Who we are

Lojj ("we", "us") builds knowledge tools for teams. This policy explains what we collect on lojj.io and related product surfaces, and how we use it.

What we collect

• Contact details you submit, such as name, work email, and company, when you book a demo, take the free audit, or email us.
• Audit answers you choose in the free knowledge audit (role, pain points, team size, service interest).
• Usage data typical for websites: pages viewed, device/browser type, and approximate location derived from IP. We use this to keep the site reliable and improve content.
• Product data if you become a customer: documents and knowledge you upload or connect, plus account settings. That data is used to provide the service you asked for.

How we use information

• Respond to demo requests, audits, and support questions.
• Send the audit summary and related follow-up you opted into by submitting the form.
• Operate, secure, and improve Lojj.
• Meet legal obligations when required.

We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We use service providers that help us run email, hosting, analytics, and scheduling. They only get what they need to do that work. We may share information if the law requires it, or if we transfer the business (you would still get notice where required).

Retention

We keep lead and audit records while we have a business reason to follow up, then delete or anonymize them. Customer product data is kept for the life of the account and deleted or returned under the customer agreement when the account ends, subject to legal holds.

Security

We use standard safeguards (access controls, encrypted transport, limited staff access). No method is perfect. If we learn of a breach that affects you, we will notify you as the law requires.

Your choices

Email info@lojj.io to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or to opt out of marketing. Product account holders can also update settings inside the product when that surface is available.

Children

Lojj is built for workplace use. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

Changes

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
