Terms of Service
Agreement
By using lojj.io, booking a demo, or submitting the free audit, you agree to these terms. If you use Lojj for a company, you confirm you can bind that company.
The service
Lojj helps teams capture organizational knowledge, organize it, and ask questions against it. We may also offer custom solutions such as automations and dashboards under a separate statement of work. Website demos and audits are informational. Paid product access is governed by the order form or customer agreement you sign.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for account credentials and for activity under your account. Tell us right away if you think access was compromised. We may suspend access that risks the service or other customers.
Your content
You keep ownership of documents and data you provide. You grant Lojj a limited license to host, process, and display that content only to run the service for you. You confirm you have the rights to upload or connect that content.
Acceptable use
- Do not break or probe the service without written permission.
- Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing material.
- Do not resell access unless we agree in writing.
- Do not use Lojj to spam or to violate privacy or employment laws.
Demos, audits, and advice
Free audits and demos are tools to help you decide fit. They are not legal, HR, or financial advice. Results are based on the answers you give.
Fees
Paid plans and custom work are billed as described in your order or proposal. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable once a billing period starts.
Disclaimer
The website and free tools are provided "as is." We do not promise uninterrupted access or that every answer the product returns will be complete. For paid customers, warranties in your customer agreement control.
Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Lojj is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from use of the site or free tools. Our total liability for website and free-audit use is limited to CAD $100. Paid product liability is set in the customer agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada. Courts in Edmonton, Alberta have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer law says otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top will change when we do. If you continue using the site after an update, the new terms apply.
